Ingredients

  • 1 c. nonfat milk
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 1/2 c. orange juice (with calcium)
  • 1/4 c. cut cooked carrots (can be frozen)
  • 1/4 c. fat-free plain yogurt
  • 6 ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender and whirl until smooth. Makes 2 (1 cup) servings.
