- Set aside. Melt the chocolate chips and peanut butter until smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate and peanut butter mixture over the shredded wheat biscuits and mix well.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto wax paper.
- Shape each mound into a circle and form a small hole in the center to resemble a nest.
- Allow the cookies to set and firm up, which may take several hours or overnight.
- Place three jelly beans in the center of each cookie before serving.
