Ingredients

  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. half and half or milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. curry powder
  • 1/4 tsp. ground coriander
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped

Instructions

  1. Beat cream cheese and milk until smooth in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add seasonings and beat until blended.
  3. Stir in eggs.
  4. Cover and chill until firm.
  5. Spread on crackers.
  6. Make a sandwich filling or stuffing for tomatoes or celery sticks.
