Easter Omelette

Ingredients

  • 1 dozen eggs
  • 3 Tbsp. water
  • 2 lb. Ricotta cheese
  • 1 1/2 lb. sausage

Instructions

  1. Mix eggs and Ricotta cheese.
  2. Slice sausage and bake for about 20 to 25 minutes (until no longer pink).
  3. Pour egg mixture over sausage and bake for about 1 hour at 350°.
  4. (Insert fork or knife; should come out clean when done.)
