Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup diced apple peeled
  • 1 cup bran cereal
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 2/3 cup skim milk
  • 3 tablespoons margarine

Instructions
