Easy Baked Cornbread With Corn

Ingredients

  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
  • 1 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. cornbread mix
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 (16 oz. each) cans whole kernel corn, drained

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine egg and sour cream.
  2. Stir in cornbread mix, salt and pepper.
  3. Add corn; mix well.
  4. Pour into a greased 11 x 7 x 1/2-inch baking pan.
  5. Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden.
  6. Yields 8 servings.
