Ingredients

  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • Powdered sugar
  • Fresh lemon

Instructions

  1. Slowly melt the butter.
  2. Mix together the milk and flour.
  3. Add eggs and mix, leaving some lumps.
  4. Pour the batter into a heavy baking pan that has been greased or buttered.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and squeeze fresh lemon over the pancake.
  7. Add marmalade before serving if desired.
