Ingredients

  • 14 or 16 oz. package cookies with filling, crumbled or chopped
  • 1 stick soft margarine
  • 1 package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 boxes instant butterscotch pudding
  • 4 cups milk
  • 8 oz. container Cool Whip topping

Instructions

  1. Mix cookie crumbs with soft margarine.
  2. Save about 1/2 cup of the cookie crumbs for topping.
  3. Press the remaining cookie mixture into a large 8 x 12-inch dish to form the crust.
