Ingredients

  • 1 head cabbage
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup (10 3/4 oz.)
  • 1 roll processed garlic-flavored cheese (3 oz.)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Cook cabbage in water until tender; drain and place in a lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Melt margarine in a saucepan; add cream of mushroom soup, processed garlic-flavored cheese, sugar, and salt.
  4. Heat gently until cheese is melted and mixture is smooth.
  5. Pour the cheese mixture over the cooked cabbage.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
