Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1 cup sour cream or 8 oz. prepared onion chip dip
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons prepared mustard
  • 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Clean cauliflower, but do not break it apart.
  2. Boil cauliflower for 15 minutes.
  3. Drain the cauliflower.
  4. Place in a 2-quart casserole dish.
  5. Mix sour cream (or chip dip) with mayo and mustard.
  6. Spoon the mixture over the cauliflower and top with shredded Cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.
