Easy Cheddar Egg Bake

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 cup shredded low-fat cheddar cheese (4 ounces)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Mix all ingredients.
  3. Pour into ungreased baking pan, 8 x 8 x 2 inches.
  4. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until eggs are set.
