A creamy, tangy cheese pie with a graham cracker crust, perfect for no-bake desserts and gatherings, combining smooth cream cheese, lemon, and optional whipped topping.

Ingredients

  • 9-inch graham cracker crust
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • Small container Cool Whip (optional)

Instructions

  1. Beat cream cheese until fluffy.
  2. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
  3. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla.
  4. Fold in Cool Whip if desired.
  5. Pour mixture into the prepared graham cracker crust.
  6. Optional: Drizzle chocolate sauce across the top of the pie.
  7. Use a knife to pull through the lines of chocolate sauce to create decorative patterns.
  8. Chill the pie for 3 hours or until set before serving.
