Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup confectioners sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups Cool Whip
  • 2 packages instant chocolate pudding

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, margarine, and chopped nuts to form a dough.
  2. Spread the dough in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes, then let cool.
  4. Beat together cream cheese, confectioners sugar, and 1 1/2 cups Cool Whip until smooth.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust.
  6. Prepare the instant chocolate pudding with 3 cups of milk according to package instructions.
  7. Spread the pudding evenly over the cream cheese layer.
  8. Top with additional Cool Whip and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
  9. Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
