Ingredients

  • 1 tsp unflavored gelatin
  • 1 Tbsp cold water
  • 2 Tbsp boiling water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup cocoa
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle gelatin over cold water in a small bowl; stir and let stand for 1 minute.
  2. Add boiling water; stir until dissolved.
  3. Stir together sugar and cocoa; add heavy cream and vanilla.
  4. Beat at medium speed until stiff peaks form.
  5. Pour in gelatin mixture and beat until well blended.
  6. Spoon into serving dishes and chill for at least 1/2 hour.
