Ingredients

  • 1 -2 lb meat
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 (28 ounce) cans baked beans
  • 1 (15 ounce) can chickpeas
  • 2 (15 ounce) cans potatoes, whole
  • 1 cup barley

Instructions

  1. Add all to the crockpot and top with water.
  2. Cover and cook on low about 16 hours or until needed.
