Easy Clam Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can minced clams
  • 6 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tsp. onion, grated
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • dash of Tabasco sauce
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • crackers

Instructions

  1. Drain clams (reserve juice).
  2. Combine all ingredients except clam juice and crackers.
  3. Blend.
  4. Gradually add about 2 tablespoons clam juice.
  5. Beat.
  6. Chill.
  7. Serve with crackers.
