Easy Corn Puff

Instructions
- Heat oven to 325°.
- Butter a 5-cup souffle dish or 1 1/2-quart round casserole.
- Cook corn as directed on package; drain.
- Beat baking mix, milk, eggs and salt with hand beater until smooth. Stir in corn and cheese.
- Pour into souffle dish.
- Bake until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean, about 1 hour.
- Serve immediately.
- Makes 6 servings.
