Ingredients

  • 1 cup quick cooking oats
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 5 tablespoons butter
  • 1 (16 oz) can whole cranberry sauce

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, and melted butter; stir until well blended.
  2. Spread half of the dry mixture in a greased 8 x 8-inch baking pan.
  3. Cover with cranberry sauce.
  4. Top with the remaining dry mixture.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes.
  6. Cool slightly.
  7. Cut into squares and serve warm with ice cream.
