Ingredients

  • 2 cups self-rising flour
  • 14 cup regular mayonnaise (NOT light or fat-free)
  • 1 cup whole milk

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 425*.
  2. Grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
  3. In medium bowl combine flour, mayonnaise & milk.
  4. Using a fork, stir only enough to moisten flour.
  5. Divide dough equally between muffin cups.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes and serve warm with butter, honey, jam or my posted Maple Spread.
