Ingredients

  • 3 c. chopped figs
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. lemon juice
  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello

Instructions

  1. Mix figs, sugar and lemon juice and bring to a boil.
  2. Boil 15 minutes.
  3. Add strawberry jello.
  4. Boil 5 minutes more.
  5. Pour in 3 pint jars while hot.
