Ingredients

  • 2 cups reduced fat baking mix
  • 2/3 cup skim milk
  • 1/2 cup reduced fat shredded cheddar
  • 1/4 cup melted reduced fat butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon dry Italian dressing mix

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients just until moistened.
  2. Drop 12 spoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes at 450 degrees until golden brown.
  4. Serve warm.
