Ingredients

  • 1 lb. margarine, softened
  • 2 lbs. peanut butter, chunky
  • 3 lbs. powdered sugar
  • 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Stir margarine and peanut butter together.
  2. Add sifted powdered sugar gradually; you may not need all of it.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased 10 x 18 inch pan.
  4. Melt chocolate chips and spread evenly over the fudge.
  5. Let sit for several hours to cool, then cut into squares.
  6. May be frozen until needed.
