Ingredients

  • 7 heaping cups grapes
  • 7 cups sugar
  • 7 tablespoons water

Instructions

  1. Wash the grapes thoroughly.
  2. Strain the grapes using a Foley mill to extract the juice.
  3. Combine the grape juice, sugar, and water in a pot and boil for 20 minutes.
  4. Strain the mixture again to remove solids.
  5. Immediately pour the hot jelly into clean jars and seal.
