Ingredients

  • 1 sheet aluminum foil (18 x 24 in.)
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 2 medium zucchini, sliced
  • 2 medium yellow squash, sliced
  • 1 medium tomato, cut in 8 wedges
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high or oven to 450°F.
  2. Center the sliced vegetables and tomato wedges on a sheet of aluminum foil.
  3. Spoon Italian dressing over the vegetables.
  4. Fold the foil over the vegetables to create a packet.
