Ingredients

  • 1 peck tomatoes
  • 1 pt. vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. allspice
  • 1/4 tsp. mustard
  • green pepper to taste
  • onion to taste
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. cloves

Instructions

  1. Cook tomatoes, green pepper and onion; let drain overnight. Put pulp through sieve.
  2. Add everything together; cook 10 minutes or longer until thick.
