Ingredients

  • 1 (10 oz.) package frozen puff pastry shells, baked
  • 1 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
  • 2 jars chicken gravy
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 3 cups cooked, cut-up vegetables

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, brown the chicken in 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Pour off excess fat.
  2. Add the chicken gravy, lemon juice, and vegetables to the skillet.
  3. Cover and cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
  4. Spoon the chicken mixture into the baked puff pastry shells.
