Ingredients

  • 1 (17 oz.) can apricot halves, drained
  • 2 Tbsp. ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp. salad oil
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
  • 1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
  • 3 lb. chicken wings, separated at joints

Instructions

  1. Combine apricot halves, ketchup, salad oil, lemon juice, salt, liquid smoke, and Tabasco sauce in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Place chicken wings on a rack in a shallow baking pan.
  4. Brush the wings with the apricot sauce.
  5. Bake in a 425°F oven for 30 minutes, basting with sauce every 15 minutes.
