Easy Low-Fat Dessert
A light and fruity low-fat dessert featuring angel food cake, cherry pie filling, and vanilla pudding, perfect for a quick, satisfying treat for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 1 small angel food cake
- 2 cans lite cherry pie filling
- 1 pkg. Jell-O brand fat-free/no sugar added vanilla instant pudding mix
- 2 cups fat-free lactaid milk ⓘ
Instructions
- Cut the angel food cake into bite-size pieces.
- Open the two cans of cherry pie filling.
- Mix the pudding mix with 2 cups of fat-free lactaid milk according to package directions.
- Layer in a glass straight-sided bowl: half of the angel food cake, half of the pudding, and one can of cherry pie filling.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining cake, pudding, and cherry pie filling.
- Refrigerate for about an hour before serving.
