Ingredients

  • 1 small angel food cake
  • 2 cans lite cherry pie filling
  • 1 pkg. Jell-O brand fat-free/no sugar added vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 2 cups fat-free lactaid milk

Instructions

  1. Cut the angel food cake into bite-size pieces.
  2. Open the two cans of cherry pie filling.
  3. Mix the pudding mix with 2 cups of fat-free lactaid milk according to package directions.
  4. Layer in a glass straight-sided bowl: half of the angel food cake, half of the pudding, and one can of cherry pie filling.
  5. Repeat the layers with the remaining cake, pudding, and cherry pie filling.
  6. Refrigerate for about an hour before serving.
