Ingredients

  • 1 (1 lb.) package bread mix or loaf frozen bread dough

Instructions

  1. Prepare bread according to package directions or defrost frozen dough to make the dough.
  2. Stretch the dough out on a floured surface into a rectangle approximately 9 x 13 inches.
  3. Lay lunch meat on the dough, leaving a border around the edges.
  4. Cover the lunch meat with a layer of cheese and sprinkle with spices if desired.
  5. Roll up the dough jelly roll style, sealing the edges and placing the seam side down on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake in a 350°F oven for 20 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm or cold.
