Easy Meatball Curry

Ingredients

  • 1 lb of mince meat
  • half bunch fresh coriander, chopped
  • 3 onions, finely chopped
  • 4 tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon ginger paste
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup (yes ketchup)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons garam masala

Instructions

  1. For the meatballs:.
  2. Mix minced meat.
  3. half the chopped corriander.
  4. 1 finely chopped onions.
  5. salt.
  6. pepper.
  7. 1 tsp garlic paste.
  8. 1 tsp of ginger paste.
  9. 1 tbs of ketchup.
  10. 1 tbs of garam masala.
  11. Mix well and make medium size meat balls and put to the side.
  12. The curry:.
  13. Place the olive oil in a pot and fry the rest of the onions till browned.
  14. Add chopped tomotatoes and cook till tomatoes are reduced.
  15. Add 1tsp garlic.
  16. salt.
  17. pepper
  18. 1 tsp of garam masala.
  19. cook till sauce is reduced
  20. Then add 1 cup of water and bring to a boil the reuce the heat.
  21. add the meat balls and cover pot and let simmer for 10 min.
  22. When meat balls are browned add half a cup of water and the rest of the chopped corriander and let simmer for another 20 minutes.
  23. Serve with any rice.
