Ingredients

  • 3 packages buttermilk or butter flaked biscuits
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1 stick oleo (butter)
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla

Instructions

  1. Separate the biscuits and cut each into quarters.
  2. In a small bowl, mix 1/2 cup sugar with cinnamon and chopped nuts (if using).
  3. Drop the biscuit pieces into the cinnamon sugar mixture and roll to coat.
  4. Arrange the coated biscuit pieces in a greased bundt pan or baking dish.
  5. Dot with 1 stick of oleo (butter) and add 2 teaspoons of vanilla.
  6. Bake until golden brown and cooked through, approximately 30 minutes.
