Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. lime gelatin
  • 1 c. hot water
  • 1 c. pineapple juice
  • 1 c. marshmallows
  • 1 c. crushed pineapple
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Dissolve lime gelatin in hot water.
  2. Add pineapple juice and marshmallows, then whip until marshmallows are dissolved.
  3. Let the mixture cool until partially set.
  4. Add pineapple, celery, nuts, cream cheese, and whipped cream to the gelatin mixture.
  5. Pour into a mold and let set until firm.
