Ingredients

  • filo dough sheets
  • butter
  • sugar
  • raspberry jam

Instructions

  1. Brush each filo dough sheet with butter and sprinkle with sugar.
  2. Repeat the layering process until you have 8 to 10 sheets.
  3. Cut the layered sheets into slices.
  4. Bake at 375°F (190°C) until golden brown, about 15 minutes.
  5. Let the baked sheets cool completely.
  6. Brush the cooled sheets with raspberry jam.
  7. Spread whipped cream on one slice, then top with another slice to form a napoleon.
