Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Wesson oil
  • 1 package onion soup mix
  • potatoes

Instructions

  1. Well wash and cube the potatoes, keeping the skins on, until they are about the size of a quarter. Arrange them on a cookie sheet in a single layer to ensure even baking.
  2. Coat the cubed potatoes with Wesson oil, then sprinkle the onion soup mix over them, tossing gently to coat all pieces evenly.
  3. Spray the cookie sheet with Pam or a similar cooking spray and spread the coated potatoes on it in a single layer.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 1 hour, uncovered, until golden and crispy.
