Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 4 cups flour
  • 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 tsp. active dry yeast
  • 3/4 cup raisins

Instructions

  1. Add water, olive oil, salt, sugar, flour, cinnamon, and yeast to the bread pan in the order listed, excluding the raisins.
  2. Select the Basic setting on the bread machine.
  3. Adjust the crust color to medium or your preference.
  4. Press Start/Stop to begin the kneading cycle.
  5. When the machine beeps during kneading, add the raisins.
  6. Wait until the display reads 2:20.
  7. When the display reads 0:00, press Start/Stop for 3 seconds to cancel the cycle.
  8. Use oven mitts to carefully remove the hot bread pan.
