- Spray a large skillet with Pam.
- Put over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink, stirring often. Add tomato sauce, corn, green chilies, chili powder and onion powder.
- Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to medium/low and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. To serve, spoon over tortilla chips and top with cheese.
