Easy Ole Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite size chunks
  • 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 (15 oz.) can corn
  • 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
  • 1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • tortilla chips
  • shredded Cheddar or Mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Spray a large skillet with Pam.
  2. Put over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink, stirring often. Add tomato sauce, corn, green chilies, chili powder and onion powder.
  3. Bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat to medium/low and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. To serve, spoon over tortilla chips and top with cheese.
