Instructions
- Drain cherries on paper towel.
- In saucepan, melt butter. Stir in dry mix and milk.
- Stir and let come to a boil for one minute.
- Stir constantly and remove from heat.
- Stir in vanilla. Beat in XXX sugar until smooth.
- Stir in cherries and nuts.
- Pour in 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish.
- Garnish with walnuts.
- Chill. Yields 32 pieces.
