- Cut potatoes into 1-inch chunks, rinse and drain.
- Cover a 9 x 13-inch pan with foil.
- Drop potato chunks in the center of the foil.
- Add pepper, salt, and margarine to the potatoes.
- Roll the foil together and twist the ends inward to seal.
- Place the foil packet in the center of the prepared pan.
- Cook at 350°F for 1 hour.
