Ingredients

  • 5 medium potatoes
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 stick light margarine
  • 1 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Cut potatoes into 1-inch chunks, rinse and drain.
  2. Cover a 9 x 13-inch pan with foil.
  3. Drop potato chunks in the center of the foil.
  4. Add pepper, salt, and margarine to the potatoes.
  5. Roll the foil together and twist the ends inward to seal.
  6. Place the foil packet in the center of the prepared pan.
  7. Cook at 350°F for 1 hour.
