Ingredients

  • 2 medium cucumbers, thinly sliced
  • 2 large tomatoes, cut into wedges
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 or 2 avocados, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup salad dressing (Italian, Ranch, or oil and vinegar)
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the sliced cucumbers, tomato wedges, sliced red onion, and sliced avocados.
  2. Drizzle with salad dressing of your choice, then toss gently to coat evenly.
