Ingredients

  • 2 lb. country spareribs
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 4 Tbsp. sugar
  • 5 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 c. water

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a heavy pan and bring to a boil.
  2. Cook on high heat for 45 minutes.
  3. Stir every 10 minutes until all the sauce is gone.
  4. Turn to low heat; fat becomes oil and ribs are tender.
