Ingredients

  • 3 packages frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 envelope onion soup mix
  • 16 oz. container sour cream

Instructions

  1. Thaw and drain the frozen chopped spinach.
  2. Mix the drained spinach with the onion soup mix and sour cream.
  3. Spread the mixture into a baking dish.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes.
  5. Serve and enjoy as a side dish.
