Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, boned and skinned
  • 1 cup stuffing mix
  • 4 to 6 slices bacon

Instructions

  1. Cut each chicken breast to create an opening for stuffing, then stuff with equal amounts of prepared stuffing.
  2. Roll up the chicken breasts in jelly roll fashion.
  3. Wrap each stuffed chicken breast with bacon slices.
  4. Place in a baking pan and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour.
  5. Serve hot with baked potatoes and salad.
