Ingredients

  • 1 cup uncooked long grain rice
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can water
  • 3 lb. chicken legs, skin removed
  • 1 (1.5 oz.) package onion soup mix

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Grease the bottom and sides of a 9 x 13 inch baking pan.
  3. Sprinkle rice evenly on the bottom of the prepared pan.
  4. Mix cream of chicken soup and water together and pour over the rice.
  5. Place chicken legs on top of the rice and soup mixture.
  6. Sprinkle onion soup mix evenly over the chicken.
  7. Cover the pan with foil and bake for 1 hour.
