  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Combine the hamburger meat, sausage, chopped onion, salt, lemon juice, and egg in a mixing bowl.
  2. Mix thoroughly until well blended.
  3. Roll the mixture into small meatballs.
  4. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes or until cooked through.
