Easy Unstuffed Cabbage

- Remove 5 or 6 leaves of the cabbage for the top.
- Chop the rest of the cabbage into small pieces, cutting the hard core out. In bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan, put enough water to cover it. Place the chopped cabbage on top of the water and spread it evenly.
- Mix the beef, pork, rice, salt and pepper and spread over the chopped cabbage leaves.
- Then place the reserved cabbage leaves on top.
- Pour the fried salt pork over the top leaves. Spread the can of tomato soup over entire pan.
- Cover with foil and bake for 2 hours or more at 350°.
