- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
- If the meat is not tender, pound it separately to tenderize.
- Place each venison steak on a piece of aluminum foil of suitable size.
- Salt and pepper the steaks.
- Add 2 or 3 onion slices and a dash of Worcestershire sauce on top of each steak.
- Wrap the foil tightly around the steaks.
- Lay the wrapped steaks in a pan and bake for 4 hours at 300°F (150°C).
