Ingredients

  • venison steaks
  • salt
  • pepper
  • onion

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. If the meat is not tender, pound it separately to tenderize.
  3. Place each venison steak on a piece of aluminum foil of suitable size.
  4. Salt and pepper the steaks.
  5. Add 2 or 3 onion slices and a dash of Worcestershire sauce on top of each steak.
  6. Wrap the foil tightly around the steaks.
  7. Lay the wrapped steaks in a pan and bake for 4 hours at 300°F (150°C).
