Ingredients

  • 1 c. zucchini, chopped
  • 1 c. tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped
  • 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. Bisquick
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper

Instructions

  1. Grease a

  3. Heat oven to 400°.
  4. Sprinkle vegetables in

  6. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth; pour over the vegetables.
  7. Bake until knife inserted in center comes
