A refreshing and economical punch featuring citrus, pineapple, and lime sherbet, perfect for gatherings and making ahead for a cool, fruity celebration.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. bottle ReaLemon juice
  • 4 c. sugar
  • 6 c. cold water
  • 1 qt. ginger ale
  • 46 oz. can pineapple and grapefruit juice
  • 4 c. water
  • 2 qt. lime sherbet

Instructions

  1. Mix sugar and hot water until sugar is melted.
  2. Add lemon juice, pineapple and grapefruit juice, and 6 cups cold water. Refrigerate.
  3. For best flavor, make the punch the day before using.
  4. When ready to serve, add lime sherbet (1 quart per bowl) and ginger ale slowly.
  5. Ensure everything is cold before serving.
  6. Do not add ice cubes.
