- Dissolve the large box of Jell-O in 2 cups of hot water, then add 2 cups of cold water.
- Add the drained crushed pineapple, grated carrot, chopped celery, salt, and vinegar to the dissolved Jell-O mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a Jell-O mold, can, or pan.
- Refrigerate until the Jell-O is fully set.
