Ingredients

  • 1 large box Jell-O
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 large carrot, grated
  • couple stalks celery, chopped very fine
  • 1 Tbsp vinegar

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the large box of Jell-O in 2 cups of hot water, then add 2 cups of cold water.
  2. Add the drained crushed pineapple, grated carrot, chopped celery, salt, and vinegar to the dissolved Jell-O mixture.
  3. Pour the mixture into a Jell-O mold, can, or pan.
  4. Refrigerate until the Jell-O is fully set.
