Ingredients

  • 2 Egg Beaters
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. Wesson oil
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Mix together the Egg Beaters, flour, Wesson oil, salt, and baking powder until well combined.
  2. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to the desired thickness.
  3. Dry the rolled-out dough slightly, then cut into noodles of your preferred size.
